We read everything that comes in. The quickest route for a problem inside the game is the report button in the app, because it attaches what you were doing when it went wrong.
Report a problem
In the app, open Settings and choose to report a problem. It sends along the screen you were on and the version you are running, which is usually what tells us where to look. It works even when you are not signed in. If the game will not open at all, email us instead at benard.mseti@otapp.net and say which phone and which version.

Tell us how you play
The house-rules page is built from what players tell us. If your table plays a card differently — a Joker worth ten, a 7 that draws instead of skips, a Jack that cannot follow a Jack — write in and tell us where you play and how. This is genuinely useful to us and it is the part of the post we most enjoy.

For anything about your account or your data, including asking us to delete it, email the address above and say which username. See the privacy policy for what is collected and why.
